There are
natural blood thinners right in your kitchen.
If you are
suffering form clots, poor circulation, varicosities or have
had a heart attack or stroke in the past, chances are your
blood is too thick and sluggish. You may suffer form a
condition called hypercoagulation syndrome. To treat this
condition, traditional doctors often place their patients on
a drug called coumadin to reduce the thickness of the
blood. This requires careful and frequent monitoring of
blood clotting times and often leads abnormal skin bruising
and other unwanted side effects.
What most
doctors don’t tell you or aren’t aware of is the fact that
there are safer alternatives that exist right in most of our
kitchens. Some of these items include but are not limited
to cayenne, garlic, ginger, rosemary, salmon, and sardines.
Other supplements that can decrease blood viscosity include
fish oils, vitamin E, and nattokinase, Be sure to consult
with your doctor before surgery if you are taking any of
these items, and after as a possible alternative to coumadin.
It is always best to work with a qualified practitioner,
such as a Naturopathic Doctor, since some people do need
coumadin therapy and will not benefit enough from diet or
supplementation alone.

health,
